Conceptual Design to Construction
As a full-service home additions company, when you retain K & B we can oversee your entire project from concept to design to the build. Our in house designer meets with you in your home to discuss your addition visions and get a true visual understanding of your floor plan. You will then receive a free full budget remodeling work up along with a project drawing. Once your wants and needs have been completely addressed, we work with a licensed architect who will prepare all plans and handle all necessary permits. Then K & B’s experienced carpenters and skilled laborers get to work making your dream a reality – and can do so while you continue to live in your home.
